JTI BUILDING - GENEVA

JVP has completed the delivery of over 20,000 square meters of raised floor for the new JTI's headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. The choice of system is relapse on our P4TTM000, composed of a steel panel with a core of calcium sulfate and fibers capable of ensuring very high load performance and maximum safety anti-fire.

JVP has joined forces with the prestigious American architectural firm Skidmore Owings & Merrill, the Switzerland construction company Implenia and others for the realization of this innovative project. The Floyd Project Headquarter JTI is a masterpiece of sustainable design and the choice of JVP as a partner is a clear reward for our philosophy of respect for nature and the environment in the construction world, which always has distinguished us.

In an atmosphere of international cooperation, for a building designed by an American studio and built by a Swiss company, commissioned by a Japanese corporation, an Italian company has been selected for this important work, showing how the excellence of "Made in Italy" has survived the global crisis, ready to be re-launched in the world.

THE SHARD - LONDON

JVP reach the top of Europe and plants an Italian flag!
At the time of its construction, the skyscraper called The Shard, in London, with its 310 meters (1,016 ft) is the tallest building in Europe! Its 72 floors of living space are dedicated to luxury apartments, offices of the highest level and to a 5-star hotel by the spectacular view over the city skyline.

Just the offices inside the Shard cover a total area of approximately 40,000 sqm, with other 50,000 sqm of Mini Shard, another annex building forming part of the project and being completed.
The designer of these wonders is the Renzo Piano Building Workshop, international architect and Italian pride.
The choice for the provision of technical raised floor installed inside The Shard and the Mini Shard - a total of more than 90,000 m2 - fell right on JVP. Modestly, we do not believe it was a fortuity and we thank all those who have had the patience and attention to recognize the fruits of our efforts.
